Outdoor programs offers weekend and break trips to do various outdoor activities. In the winter these include hiking, backpacking, camping, snowboarding, skiing, and beach bumming. In the spring and fall these include rock climbing, stargazing, camping, and more. They also provide on campus activities where you can learn about wilderness survival, fire making, water purification, and other basic necessities. Also, the campus shuttle runs 3-9pm nightly to locations around Redlands for shopping, partying, and more. It's free of cost.

Hang out on campus in the library, on the quad, or in the commons for simple things to do. The University has plenty of events and activities to get involved in like intramural sports, greek life, and outdoor programs! On top of that, Redlands is such an active community with a lot to offer. Its an hour away from the mountains, Disneyland and an hour and half away from the beach. It's location gives it a great advantage.

There are several different campus clubs and activities for on campus fun. We also have nice gyms, swimming pools etc. The Greek houses are always putting on some type of party, kickback, movie night, karaoke, game night, etc. Also, we're downtown so there's malls, movie theaters and beaches less than an hour away.

Redlands is ideally located in Southern California. Snowboarding, the beaches and Joshua Tree National Park are all an hour away. The university sponsors a lot of outings to museums, beaches, and to go hiking, camping, kayaking, rock climbing and a ton of other things. There are parties to attend, fraternities and sororities to join, and a quaint downtown area for those students who would like some peace and quiet.

The university is just a short drive away from the downtown. On Thursdays there is a Market Night from 6-9 and it is a fun atmosphere. On campus there are parties and dances put on by the fraternities and sororities.
