Go to your class and exercise. The crappy dorm food will make you fat unless you're eating salad and eggs every day. Learn to become one with the terrible steep hill that you will trek daily. Utilize the cool things on campus like the skating rink, new gym (and old one), and pool. You will meet tons of new people if you join a club or chill in the union. Save up for a car/beg your parents for a car/find some way to have a car. RI's public transport is atrocious and you will hate not being able to drive around.
