    Cheap if you live in state, if not and you aren't majoring in engineering/marine science/marine affairs/environmental science, you'll find better.

    If you are in-state it is a steal, and if you are from New England there are regional tuition majors which I encourage anyone to look into. I myself am studying Ocean Engineering. Even if you are out-of-state they really do try to meet your need. I know I am receiving a quality education.
