I don't really eat on campus, but they do have a decent cafeteria and a few other places to eat.

The cafe food is slowly getting better, there are 4 other places you can eat including a sub, flatbread, coffee and mexican place.

AVOID CAF. Alright, it isn't that terrible, but its still pretty bad on most days. There are other options than the caf for dining, but they typically are only open during main class hours, except for one, which is open most of the day. Weekend hours of the caf are horrendous.

The food isnt all that great but it has its moments. The best time to eat lunch is on Wednesday thats when they do fried chicken, macaroni and cheese etc. Their breakfast is always great. Make sure you try the omelettes. Upstate has a variety of places to eat. Jasmines which is basically like starbucks, Subconnection which is like subway, wholly habernos which is mexican food and sandellas they are all very good but Sandellas is the only one that is open at night.

The food at Upstate is not bad, but I believe that it could be much better. While it might taste good, it is not the best for you. There are other places to get food on campus other than the cafeteria, but it is still not the best. I highly encourage you to eat healthy by eating fruits and vegetables whenever you can and stay fit.
