What Students Are Saying

UWG is a Student Friendly Campus. The Professors and Staff care about the well-being of the student. Everyone at UWG is focused on ensuring the students SUCCEED!
Malcolm from Fayetteville, GA
The University of West Georgia is not just that local home- town college. Though this university allows for a small town experience where most students can drive 10 minutes down the road for a home cooked meal, it also creates many opportunities unlike the norm. For example, I am an above average student who knew no chance of paying for the highly appraised colleges of the day, but UWG took me in under a scholarship at 16 and is helping me by opening transfer scholarships to colleges beyond my very dreams,
