The education program is competitive and also very intensive. There is also a huge range of courses offered outside of the major and a lot of learning communities dedicated to various things.

The location of where a college is matters a lot to me. I love all the things that go on in Madison. UW Madison is able to be a part of the city while still providing a certain level of separation that I look for in colleges.

The best thing about a large research university like Wisconsin is the extraordinary wealth of academic and extracurricular choices. I've never been bored-there is always something I can learn or somewhere I can go. It really feels like home.

  • I am researching this school and have visited the campus

I went here for an academic camp, and the summer program alone was amazing, and very intensive and in-depth. Although I don't yet attend the college, I dream of doing so. The campus is beautiful and in a great area, and it's very diverse with many different people and cultures. Additionally, the band programs offer something for every student interested in band, whether marching or just performing.
