Oh dreaded Blackhawk dining. At first when you're a freshman you come in thinking,"all you can eat buffet everyday?? Sweet!" Except a handful of week's later you find your pants fitting a little tighter and you realize you've been eating ice cream and French fries as meals for a week straight and if your mother found out you'd be in big trouble... Other than that they do have a variety of mediocre food. There is a salad bar and hot meals prepared every day but like I said, it's all pretty bland. The best think about Blackhawk was probably breakfast. Reeve Union has much better food but it's more expensive and doesn't count as meals until the weekend.

the food is pretty decent for college food. there are three different dining locations with several different meal options at each location. there is a good amount of options so that you can still switch it up to get some variation.

Blackhawk commons provides something for everyone. Unfortunately, Reeve Union and Scotty's are the only places available to eat on the weekends, as Blackhawk is closed. Their food is less than average and it takes about 30 minutes for your order to be completed when ordering from B&G Grill in Reeve. Kind of frustrating when you are in a hurry and end up receiving less than average food.

The food at UWO is great compared to other schools! There's variety in the two major dining buildings and a few other places students can go to get other food when they feel like it. Overall, they provide many options and allow students to pick whichever they feel at the moment, but nothing beats a home cooked meal!

Greek Life is amazing on campus!! Everyone is together and united with each other. Most universities have feuds between Sororities and Fraternities but UWO has a bonding experience about it. We all realize that for all of us to prosper, we have to support one another at fundraisers and other forms of outreach. That is why Greek Life brings LIFE to UW-Oshkosh.

I am not involved with the Greek life on campus however I do have some friends that are and they say that it is one of the best decisions they made. Being involved with a sorority or fraternity has opened them up to so many new opportunities and they have met to many friends with similar interests.

There are five different sororities and five fraternities at UW Oshkosh. They seem to have a lot of fun and are involved in a lot of campus activities such as homecoming, blood drives, and other events. They're easy to join and always up to recruiting new members. Plus, they provide an excellent way to meet new people and make great friendships.
