What Students Are Saying

Professors and academic advisors here don't want you to have too much on your plate as an incoming freshman, so they try to keep you around 15-16 credits yor first semester. Platteville's undergraduate rates are in the high 80 percentile!
Cassandra from Oconto Falls, WI
The programs for Criminal Justice and Engineering are excellent, considering that's what the school is known for. The education program, while not often mentioned, is actually really great as well. The classes aren't terribly difficult, but it's still going to be a challenge at times, especially when you get into your higher level classes. The intro classes are fairly easy, but not to the point of dumbing the material down.
Nicole from Hortonville, WI
i have already began learning things with the classes i am in. there are certain classes that are mandatory for all majors, and future students should know that some of these classes are liberal and can have differing views of those the students have personally.
Cassanrda from Marengo, IL
They have good financial ways to help students pay for college
