It is a great and welcoming community. The university really tries to help students become involved in activities around campus which they have plenty of. The academics are focused on being hands on and giving plenty of opportunity for real life experiences.

In a small town, with a huge nasty lake and a beautiful trail. Not too many students, so the teachers actually know who I am. Stout's ranking would probably end up with an eight, in my eyes.

Stout is one of the greatest college campuses. The professors are really knowledgeable and the class sizes are small. The college campus is beautiful and really easy to walk across campus.

UW Stout has made college a great experience, not only do they help further your education but also help you to meet new people. All of my professors have been very knowledgable and make learning interesting and more understandable. My favorite part about Stout would be the wide variety of majors to choose from.

There are some great professors and program directors here that will change your life, especially so in the art side. Definitely a great place to start out fast, even when slogging through those gen eds. Last big bonus is a very compact campus, with everything you need available in the area pretty much.

The University of Wisconsin Stout is a very good small campus with some serious bang for the buck. The professors are serious about what they do and still make it enjoyable. It's also big enough to constantly be able to make new friends, while not feeling too large.
