    Definitely at least apply here, even if you think it will be too expensive. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to afford it here, but Vanderbilt has given me extremely generous financial aid.

    Make sure that the debt you accrue can be paid off by the job that you'll be able to obtain. I believe that all students are supposed to live on campus and have a meal plan all 4 years, which can add up. Make sure you're okay with spending that kind of money. It seems like it's surprising a party school. The students get drunk and have had sex in various public places. Oh, and there have been rapes to passed out girls so be careful how you act and who you call your friends.
