Virginia Commonwealth University is one of the greatest public art schools that you could ever find, with excellent hands-on programs in urban arts, sculpting, fashion, theater and cinema, to name a few. Other departments, such as medicine, science, engineering, history, business and humanities, also have a lot to offer students pursuing specific careers. The urban campus is home to students with different concentrations and perspectives, taking advantage of the numerous social and educational opportunities abound.
