West Hills Community is not a terribly expensive college to attend. I think students get their monies worth as long as they put forth the effort. West Hills offers financial aid, work placement, and tutoring. Several seminars take place on how to complete financial aid and other fee waivers students may be able to qualify for. The Presidential Scholarship is linked to West Hills as well, which is an amazing scholarship for some qualifying high school students.
