    Transferring here from IL and they will give you a discount from out of state tuition - check out their Midwest student exchange program. Plus I received a scholarship from the engineering college. They also have merit scholarships for transfers.

    Wichita, kansas has always been one of the best cities in the United States with a affordable lifestyle. You can do a lot of fun, yet still with a low cost. Go on a drive to the museum in the downtown or to see the aircraft manufacturing hubs. You can do everything, eat a lot yet, I am repeating, get done with a low amount out of your pocket.
