i mean, i haven't graduated yet, but everyone keeps telling me i'm going to get an awesome job after graduation which is extremely reassuring. also, if you look up best return on college investment, i guarantee that wpi will come up. so yes, it is extremely expensive, but hopefully i can dig myself out of debt pretty quickly.

great job placement, so the money invested will often land you a fantastic salary that you can use to start paying off the debt you took on to go here. the robotics department recently lost a lot of their good people. so that may not have the best payoff. electrical and computer engineering has an excellent staff, so that major is definitely worth it at this school. the facilities are nice, and honestly that's a lot of what the cost to go here accounts for, that and keeping up with technology.

Factoring in average starting salary of graduates, plus all the free stuff you get just by going here, I'd say it's worth it.

If you study hard, you will get a job. If you get mediocre grades, you still have a decent shot at employment because WPI is on you resume. But this school is expensive and the financial aid given out is almost nonexistent to students who didn't get a 4.0 GPA and reinvent the wheel.
