Acadia University is a 4-year liberal arts institution in Nova Scotia and one of the oldest universities in Canada. The university is comprised of four faculties in Arts, Professional Studies, Theology, and Pure and Applied Sciences featuring over 200 academic programs. Acadia’s campus sits on the territorial land of the Mi’kmaq People and the university is currently developing a program to provide extra support for its Indigenous student population. The wooded campus also offers numerous chances for recreation at several nearby nature trails and vineyards.
