The Antioch University PhD Program in Leadership and Change is a hybrid graduate program designed for working students and is available all over the country. The program consists of three years of study culminating in a dissertation in the fourth year. The Leadership and Change curriculum encompasses an interdisciplinary mix of psychology, education, management, and social science studies. While most of the PhD program is conducted through online seminars, all students are required to attend three residencies per year in southwest Ohio, Seattle, and Los Angeles.
