What Students Are Saying

really good studies and help when needed.
Tyler from Mishawaka, IN
I love being a history major (although I came in as a pre-law major until I received some very good advice)! However, being a history major requires a lot of reading at once and very detailed reading. Reading is definitely not the only major assignment, but the longest one for me because they tend to accumulate rather quickly. Although, I do appreciate this since I am working towards becoming a lawyer for children and delinquents.
Rachelle from Sturgis, MI
This really depends on your major. Some are more difficult than others, but overall the academics good and you learn a lot. The professors are also wonderful and will take the time to get to know you as well as pray for you as you go through trials.
Danielle from Muncie, IN
I don't know what academic rigor means...but Bethel College is a great place to earn a degree!
Katie from Greenfield, IN
Classes can and will push you, but if you are wise with your time and seek aid when you need it you will do just fine. Bethel's professors are easily accessible and always willing to do whatever they can to help. Most of the time they will even give extensions on assignments if you need it. Bethel also has a great tutoring staff and writing center of fellow students.
Michelle from Frazeysburg, OH
many of the professors at bethel college are committed to challenging their students, for their benefit. although there are easier options, such as many colleges may offer, there are many classes that are of higher rigor for those who desire a challenge.
Mahala from Nappanee, IN
the courses are challenging, and the professors expect your best efforts. they prepare you for everything though.
