Bluefield State College is a public, historically black college established in the state of West Virginia. The college also maintains a satellite campus in Beckley, which serves students in the county of Raleigh and features programs in Nursing, Radiology, and Criminal Justice. Students attending the main campus have the opportunity to enroll in over 40 career-oriented majors and minor programs, which result in either associate or bachelor-level degrees. Many courses at Bluefield are available to take online and are complemented with live events and content delivered via the internet, TV, CDs, and DVDs.
Bluefield State College is nationally accredited in over 14 major degree programs, and offers an outstanding and affordable academic experience. BSC, an historically black college, was built in 1895, which makes it the most historically rich and diversified school in West Virginia. I am very proud to be a future graduate from this wonderful college!
