This is a great school to prepare to transfer to a University. They have a broad selection of courses but you need to be on top of your registration in order to get the classes you want. This school is excellent for getting your GE classes and has transfer plans with most CA Universities.

butte offers one on one experiences with professors who also teach at the local csu. they care about their students, and offer lots of help to struggling students. it is a great way to get general education out of the way before attending an university.
