Chatham University is a liberal arts college based in Pittsburgh. The campus is filled with renovated historic mansions, a pond, a labyrinth, and hundreds of different varieties of flora, making it a designated arboretum. Chatham began as an institute for women but is now coeducational, however the majority of students are female. The Eden Hall campus has become completely sustainable by adding 400 solar panels, managing all waste and stormwater on site, and it does not emit any carbon emissions.
