Chipola College is an amazing college with awesome professors! The college prepares small sized high school students for when they plan to go to a school three times larger then their high school. I would definitely recommend this college to anybody.
Tips for prospective students
I recommend to every student that struggles in classes to talk to the professor individually because they will always find time to work with you.
Academic Rigor
The academics there is like any other university. They provide academics for many majors and many opportunities for students.
Dorm Life
I have not been able to experience the dorm life, but I am sure it is easier to be near the college that way you can use their easy access library during library hours, of course.
Food and Dining
The food is very delicious! You can choose your meal and can even watch them as they cook the food. The dining is like a comfort zone there are couches, booths, and even just plain tables. Therefore, whatever mood you feeling up to, you can easily eat there.
What to do for fun
There are so many clubs that you can join and enjoy that will get you plenty preoccupied.

I enjoy attending this school because the instructors help out more than my previous college. They encourage you go above and beyond your academic expectations and to be the best you can be. I would reccommend this college to anyone who is looking to further their education.
Tips for prospective students
My tips would be to hang in there when things get tough and to never give up. There are various programs and scholarships for students that need financial help.
Academic Rigor
The teachers are amazing and there are so many great careers to choose from. Recently our school has just started offering Bachelor's degrees to students that desire to further their education.
Dorm Life
The dorm are clean and safe from intruders. The rent is a very reasonable price and I would recommend any out of state student to get a dorm room on campus.
Food and Dining
The cafeteria has a nice, modern atmosphere and the food is absolutely delectable. There are so many different choices to choose from. The food is also appropriate for vegetarians and dieters. The salad bar is appealing and it has a nice colorful variety of veggies, greens, dressings and all the fixings. The grill features a menu with many choices that are cooked upon ordering.
Bang for the buck
The classes are affordable and they are very convenient for someone that lives in the tri-state area (Alabama, Florida, and Georgia). The tuition for Alabama and Georgia is only a dollar more than Florida's tuition.
Campus Safety
We have regular security patrols around the campus that makes sure that the students and teachers are safe. According to our school newsletter, we haven't had any criminal activity this whole school year.

There's only around 30 kids at max in each class. Teacher's have more one on one time if you are struggling. There's an ACE lab to get help with any homework or questions you may have and has study sessions for different subjects.
Tips for prospective students
Definately considering going because you can get all the help you need if you struggle through school.
Food and Dining
Zaxby's, Sonic, McDonald's, Captain D's, Wendy's, etc, are only a mile away
What to do for fun
There's bowling, putt-putt golf, and many others.
