The Owens campus is the original branch of Delaware Technical Community College and serves rural Sussex county in southern Delaware. In addition to hosting DTCC’s associate degree programs, the Owens facility provides the opportunity to earn a bachelor’s degree on campus through partnerships with three Delaware universities. Outside of the classroom, DTCC-Owens hosts the Treasures of the Sea Museum featuring a collection of artifacts from a 17th century Spanish shipwreck.
