Students attending ECC have a wide variety of choices in degree programs, but the school is especially centralized on their Nursing, Allied Health, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Information Technology, and Culinary programs. The school is also home to the Texas-A&M Chevron Engineering Academy, where Engineering students have the opportunity to enroll in classes taught by Texas A&M faculty before transitioning to the Texas A&M University in College Station to complete a 4-year degree.
