Haywood Community College is a 2-year institution with a main campus and two satellite locations in western North Carolina. HCC is home to 30 academic programs conferring degrees and certificates. The Haywood campus is home to three teaching forests utilized by the college’s Fish and Wildlife and Forest Management programs for outdoor laboratory space and observation. Additionally, the campus features several other outdoor recreational attractions including rhododendron gardens, a disc golf course, and a greenhouse operated by HCC’s Horticulture program.
Haywood Community College makes me feel as if I'm right at home when I am there. The instructors are personally involved with their students on an individual basis. There isn't another institution that I would want to attend for an Associate Transfer degree.

I love this school and because I attend online I have had the greatest experience. I have not been to school in years but this experience was not so scary. I would recommend this school to any person especially someone up in age as myself.
