Originally founded as the Buffalo Male and Female Institute, Milligan College is a Christian liberal arts college in the Tri-Cities Region of northeast Tennessee. Milligan is home to four schools of Business, Arts, Sciences, and Ministry hosting over 100 majors, minors, and concentrations. As a Christian institution, Milligan emphasizes the presence of God in all of its classes. The Milligan campus is centered around Seeger Memorial Chapel and vesper services are held once per week in its auditorium.
