Monteclaro Escuela de Hoteleria y Artes Culinarias is a culinary and hospitality school in northeast Puerto Rico. Monteclaro offers a 2-year associate degree and 11-month certificate in Hospitality Services that cover the fields of Culinary Arts, Hospitality Service, and Pastry Arts. In addition to classroom facilities, the Monteclaro campus features a cooking and baking laboratory for demonstrations and hands-on learning. The Monteclaro curriculum also includes on-site professional experience at a number of Puerto Rico hotels and restaurants.
