Founded in 1867, Morehouse College is an Historically Black College and University in Atlanta and a 4-year liberal arts college for men. Morehouse grants bachelor’s degrees in 26 academic majors and the college consistently produces more Rhodes Scholars than any other HBCU. Additionally, all students are required to attend a number of lectures and performances through the college’s Crown Forum series. For history enthusiasts, Morehouse is home to the Martin Luther King, Jr. International Chapel and the King Collection, consisting of over 10,000 documents written by MLK.
