Academic Rigor
The professors are eager to teach and they have a lot of neat classes that you can take.
Will enjoy being here
BEAUTIFUL campus and the people are very friendly.
Bang for the buck
VERY expensive, but scholarships, grants, and loans help A LOT. and the school will work with you to help you afford it the best they can.
Tips for prospective students
Don't be shy, and always check out the school even if you don't think you will like it.
Great for these types of students
Students who love the more homey, quiet, and smaller enviroment instead of huge campus's with lots of people.

Am learning a lot
No matter what class it is, I'm surprised how much I take out of them.
Am enjoying being here
Good people, great friends, and awesome professors.
Bang for the buck
It's expensive, but a Wesleyan education means something out in the real world.
Tips for prospective students
Make sure you visit to really see how Wesleyan feels for YOU. (And try to visit more than once.)

Nebraska Wesleyan is a great school for those planning on pursuing multiple majors/minors in 4 years. I would especially consider this school if you are interested in political science. The Capitol Hill internship program in Washington DC is an incredible opportunity open to Prairie Wolves!
Tips for prospective students
Tour campus and attend informational events; you'll fall in love with the school!
Academic Rigor
Although I don't attend yet, I can't wait to do so! Classes seem rigorous and yet still fun, and professors really care about you both as a student and as a person. They really get to know students on a deeper level than professors at larger universities.
Dorm Life
Many of the dorms are newly renovated or undergoing updates. Plus there is also Greek housing, for those who are interested.
Food and Dining
One thing I found interesting about the dining hall was that if you're in a hurry, there is an option to basically do a take-out mean... definitely NOT something I've seen or heard of anywhere else.
What to do for fun
On campus, there are many clubs and activities to get involved in. Personally, I'm looking forward to student government, model UN, and young conservatives! There are also tons of fun things to do in Lincoln, especially the downtown area, as the Haymarket is undergoing some exciting new changes!
Bang for the buck
As any private school, Wesleyan is a little more costly than state schools, but definitely worth it for a quality, one-on-one education. Plus room and board is cheaper than the University of Nebraska- Lincoln!
Clubs and Activities
Lots to do, and easy to be involved because the students are so close to each other.
Greek Life
3 sororities, 4 fraternities.

I was told that basically, if you want to be in a sorority, it's almost guaranteed, given that you go through the entire rush process.

Dorm Life
Dorm life is awesome! I'm an only child so I was a little nervous going in. But we are all family now.

What to do for fun
There's plenty to do on and off campus. The campus may be small, but Lincoln has a lot to offer.
Bang for the buck
NWU is on the pricier side, but they helped me get scholarships. And everything is well worth it. I feel like the teachers and staff know who I am and I don't feel like just another number.
Great for these types of students
Great for any type of student!
Clubs and Activities
There are many clubs and organizations to join. If there's not one for you, then you either did not look hard enough or you need to form one yourself.
Greek Life
I joined a fraternity and have nothing but good things to say about greek life on campus. No matter what fraternity or sorority it is, we all work together.

The ghost of Old Main has been featured on many tv shows and news specials. Homecoming is HUGE and fun. As a freshman you walk into the campus as a group under the Arches and when you graduate, you walk back out under the Arches.
Great for these types of students
Those that don't want a large campus where you get lost. Those that want an overwhelming number of opportunities to participate in. Anyone who wants to be known by name and not a number.
