From its location in the heart of the Manchester Cultural District, the New Hampshire Institute of Art is the state’s largest non-profit arts institution. In addition to undergraduate programs in illustration and photography, NHIA also offers degrees in specific disciplines such as comic arts. The Institute’s urban location provides the opportunity to explore numerous professional art galleries and students qualify for discounts at several Manchester cafés and restaurants. The NHIA also exhibits its collection in the rurally located Sharon Arts Center.
