Ocean County College is a public, 2-year institution established in Toms River, New Jersey. Along with its main campus, the college also maintains over 20 satellite facilities throughout the region including the Education Center in Manahawkin. OCC offers over 60 academic degree and certificate programs, with many of the certificate programs designed to complement full degree programs as well. Students enrolled at OCC have the opportunity to work with faculty members through the Honors By Contract program, in which eligible students can be assigned higher-level academic projects with one-on-one mentoring in addition to their normal coursework.
Ocean County College is a great transitional step between high school and a four-year-college. This certified school has qualified professors that truly enlighten students and develop their passion for education. I have learned and grown intellectually, socially, and spiritually through my experience at OCC.

The facility is very friendly and nice, filled with dedicated, motivated students. The educators will push you to do your best in class and will help you to succeed. The campus is fairly safe, but has too many detour problems due to road work on one of the two entrance/exits.
