Penn State Beaver is a commonwealth campus of Pennsylvania State University in the Pittsburgh region of the state. Penn State Beaver offers seven bachelor’s degree programs entirely on campus as well as the option to begin the first two years of over 160 other Penn State degrees before transferring. While over 65 percent of Penn State Beaver students commute to school, the campus also features a single residence hall that recently underwent a million dollar renovation. The hilly 105 acre campus is a short walk from the banks of the Ohio River and a 40 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.
