Rocky Mountain College was founded in 1878 and is located in Montana’s largest city, Billings. This private liberal arts and professionally-oriented college is affiliated with both the United Methodist Church and Presbyterian Church. At RMC students often take on academic field projects which involve rafting, backpacking, and kayaking for school credit. The college has partnerships with many community service programs, including Habitat for Humanity, the Montana Audubon Education Center, and Family Promise of Yellowstone Valley.
