Royal Agricultural University Majors

Our undergraduate degree courses are designed to offer considerable flexibility to students. The University operates a three-term academic year (commencing in October) with teaching spanning either all three-terms or the first two-terms. Each undergraduate course lasts for 3 years in total, with a 20 week work placement in the 2nd year.

All University courses are based on a modular system. Each module comprises a mix of lectures, seminars, tutorials, practicals, visits, private study time and assessments. Most modules are assessed by a combination of coursework, completed during the module, and an end-of-module written examination.
