Established by the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Council, Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College is a 2-year tribal community college in central Michigan. Dedicated to providing higher education opportunities for Native Americans, SCTC offers associate degrees in Liberal Arts, Business, and Native American Studies.
