Sierra Nevada University is a private, 4-year institution established in Incline Village, Nevada. SNU’s scenic campus, located beside Lake Tahoe, features a number of facilities, such as the Tahoe Center for Environmental Sciences, the Holman Arts & Media Center, and the Prim Library. Along with the college’s more traditional degree options in the liberal arts and sciences, SNU also offers Interdisciplinary degrees programs, which feature unique combinations of hands-on studies to prepare students for their own personal life goals. Students attending SNU have a variety of student life activity options, such as the Outdoor Adventure program, which maintains a robust, ever-changing schedule of events throughout the year that take full advantage of the college’s location.
