South Georgia Technical College is a 2-year institution with two campuses serving six counties in the southwest part of the state. SGTC offers degree and certificate programs in 38 departments including Motorsports, Barbering, and Environmental Horticulture. In addition, SGTC participates in several academic initiatives such as the Achieving the Dream program for low income students. As a diversion from academic rigors, the campus offers several recreational facilities including a beach volleyball court and flag football field.
