What Students Are Saying

Well we aren't ranked one of the top SUNY schools for campus food for nothing. It's buffet style, too. What more could to ask for?
Kamnolu from Jamaica, NY
I came to Brockport with little expectations after hearing a lot of horror stories about college food, but the dining halls are actually really good here. They have a lot of variety and the quality is very good for a college. I have the unlimited meal plan and it's been just enough for me, I am very happy with Brockport's food.
Julia
Brockport works around meal plans which allows you to go to the dinning halls. In the dinning halls, food is good at first but then it gets annoying. Sometimes they have special events or on special holidays they have really good food. There are also dinning dollars which you can use at some of the stores we have at multiple places around campus. You can grab snacks and drinks to go at trax, eagles nest, etc.
Rachel
We are rated number one within the SUNY system. Hot food is served for all three meals. And there is a huge salad bar that is open throughout the entire day.
Jenna from Bellmore, NY
Brockport College has the best dining services in my opinion. The dining halls are always making sure your food is fresh and that you get your meal the way you want it. There are two dining halls that are open pretty much the whole day, and once they are closed, there is tons of other on-campus dining services such as Trax, which offers phenomenal food at a cheap price.
Justin from NORTH CHILI, NY
We are rated #1 in SUNY schools when it comes to our dining experiences. Harrison and Brockway, our two dining halls are full buffet and are ready to accommodate every life style (vegetarian, vegan, etc.)
Sarah from Rochester, NY
Out of all of the SUNY schools, Brockport by far has the best food. Each dish served is labeled for gluten, peanuts, and other possible allergies. Brockport buys food products locally as often as possible, ensuring the healthiest and tastiest food for students.
