Truman Medical Center School of Nurse Anesthesia

The Truman Medical Center School of Nurse Anesthesia is a Kansas City-based medical graduate school dedicated to training nurse anesthetists. The TMC 3-year curriculum features one year of general science education followed by two years of anesthesia courses, lab simulations, and clinical experience led by professional anesthesia providers. The Nurse Anesthesia curriculum culminates in a scholarly project. In addition to classroom space, TMC includes a human patient simulator replicating numerous anesthesia-related events in a lab environment.
