Classes/teachers hold you to a high academic standard.
Current Student
All degrees require work! That is best to learn early on. There will be some classes where you can slide through and be fine, but just remember you are paying for these classes and you should treat them as such. Mojority of my classes were not too terribly hard. I had to work and study hard, yes, but it is rewarding.

Side note:
There is one class that I believe everyone should take called Stimulating Creative Behavior. It is pretty much arts, crafts, and stress relief all in one, so take it maybe in your Junior- Senior year when thing are getting tough.

The classes here are no joke. Do not misunderstand the courses are completely doable but be warned you will work for your degree here.
