What Students Are Saying

Valsets take cafeteria food to a whole new level. One of the best features of this school.
Jazmin from Monmouth, OR
Good so far as I know. There is a cafeteria connected to the main dorms, and a food court in the university center. I have only eaten on campus a couple of times, so my experience with the food itself is limited.
Christian from Monmouth, OR
Campus dining is small, its called Valsetz, and its the main place where all students go if they have a meal plan. There is also the Cafeteria Summit at the Werner University Center, but its a lot more expensive there than the dining hall.
Christine from Monmouth, OR
The dining hall on campus is fine; they have the basics and every week there are themed days and specials to entice you. But for some the same old thing can get boring and so they find other options. Downtown located right outside of campus provides a lot of food places that would interest the college crowd and they are all really good.
Lindsay from Monmouth, OR
The other thing that struck me was that there seemed to be a lot of options on where to eat which is always a good thing.
Marlyse
The dining hall is called Valsetz and it is pretty good. They have a good selection of different foods everyday and they stay open late at night so if you get the munchies. Also in town there are some small town restaurants that are really good such as West Coast Pizza or Yangs.
