Western Wyoming Community College is a 2-year community college located near the southwest corner of The Equality State. All of the buildings at WWCC’s campus are connected via indoor glass hallways, offering views of the school’s reproductions of dinosaur skeletons found in the surrounding area. WWCC affords students the opportunity to head off campus and explore Flaming Gorge and Yellowstone National Parks or to take advantage of the Weidner Wildlife Museum to learn about natural history on the college grounds.
Teachers and staff are extremely helpful and accessible outside the classroom for extra help. The building is always kept clean and everything has been in working order and there are many departments where a student can find help (counseling center, library, peer support groups, etc.) I do, however, wish there were more activities for students who do not participate in sports.
