WGU offers a master’s degree and doctorate program in Transformational Leadership and Coaching as well as four graduate certificate programs. All classes at WGU are centered around independent study combined with weekend seminars and interaction with faculty is done via phone and email. Once a month, students travel for a residential session with faculty at WGU’s campus in southeast Wisconsin.
