Formed by a partnership between Japan’s Toyota Technological Institute and the University of Chicago, the Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago is a graduate school of computer science. TTIC offers a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on preparing students for careers in research and academia. At the culmination of the program, all students must complete a PhD thesis in order to attain a degree. Throughout the year, TTIC presents a series of computer science talks including guest lecturers and young researcher seminars.
