For prospective students like myself, I recommend you find a friend or student going here to get more specific advice and informational this school. I'm so excited to attend this fall, but the lack of help I've received is less than reassuring. I've discovered it's nearly impossible to have a question answered unless it's on the website's FAQ page. I'll called and emailed several times to answer simple but specific questions, like when I should find out about scholarships or whether I can apply for apartment-style housing as a freshman, or whether they need my official AP scores or just the ones on my much school transcript, or what the dorm room dimensions are (to get an idea of what to pack), all to be directed and transferred to different offices, many of which doesn't answer the phone at all or don't have a voicemail. The website also lacks specifics, with several pages under construction for months at a time. I'm slightly nervous and confused as to how I should go about registering for housing and classes and receiving credit for AP and community college courses, but luckily most of my trivial questions were better answered by current students via Facebook than by the staff at BYUH. I hope when I get there everything will be fine and I can finally relax! read full review
