Presidential Scholarship

Scholarship Description
The Presidential Scholarship is awarded to the strongest student applicant in each of the six majors, and is based on the merit of their admissions application. Incoming students who have declared a major will automatically be considered for this award if they have completed the application process by March 1 for the following fall semester. Undeclared students are not eligible for the Presidential Scholarship. This award is not based on need and is valued up to $10,000 per year. It is renewable each year the student attends Ringling College full-time, until the declared program of study is completed. A cumulative grade point average of at least 3.25 must be maintained and one semester of probation is allowed. If a scholarship is revoked because of the student’s failure to meet the conditions of the probationary semester, it will not be reinstated.
