Scholarship Description
This scholarship is geared toward students who graduated from a Hawaii public high school. The student must have a GPA of at least a 3.0, be a resident of Hawaii with exceptional financial need (eligible for a Federal Pell Grant), and enrolled at least half-time (6 credits). Completion of a FAFSA is required.
