Monsignor Clarence M. DeRuntz Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship Description
In honor of our former Registrar and Alumni Director, this scholarship is awarded to college seminarians who have demonstrated academic ability in at least one year at the Josephinum. It is renewable and may be applied to tuition. Other criteria taken into consideration include high school GPA and class rank, SAT/ACT scores, and evidence of personal motivation in application essays, letters of recommendation, and previous life experiences.This scholarship may cover tuition, room and board and is renewable at the discretion of the administration provided that a GPA of 2.5 or better is maintained and significant contribution to the life of the seminary community is made by the applicant.
