This scholarship is for college undergraduate students who will be studying abroad. To qualify, applicants must be US citizens, be receiving a Federal Pell Grant or provide proof that they will be receiving one, be applying to or have been accepted to a study abroad program that's eligible for credit, and be studying abroad for at least four weeks in one country except Cuba or any country on the US Department of State's current travel warning list. Programs going to more than one country are eligible if the students will be studying in one country for at least four consecutive weeks. See website for more details.
