Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for cancer survivors or current cancer patients who are between the ages of 18 and 35, or who are 17 years old and will be starting college this fall. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending or planning to attend an accredited college, university, or vocational institution in pursuit of an associate's, bachelor's, master's, doctorate, or certificate as of the fall semester following application. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents. Scholarships are awarded based on displaying a "will-win" attitude with respect to their cancer experience, quality of essays, financial need, overall story of cancer survivorship, commitment to education, and quality of recommendations.
