Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who self-identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending an accredited college, university, or vocational school within the United States or Canada. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and be US citizens. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must complete two personal essays, provide at least two letters of recommendation from non-family members, and prepare a detailed list of community involvement; "extra credit" is given to those activities and leadership roles relating directly to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender communities.
